This is the complete run of the publication in 8 vols. from September 1938 - June 1945 (vol 8, number #3). This title was the predecessor to the later Commentary Magazine, and featured articles and opinion peices concerning Jewish culture, jewish life, sociology and current news stories of the day. This publication ran before and during WWII, and features many insightful articles on the plight of Jews in Europe, anti-semitism and American Jewish issues. Original subscription card tipped in to bound vol. 5.
