Laid in an original 6 page Reader's Digest advertisement from September 1940 featuring a condensed text by Salom Rizk, 'The Americanization of an American,' with two quotes from Rizk's audience; "He makes one feel that we should go home, gather our families about us, and offer a prayer of thanksgiving for the blessings we have."
