Survey presenting examples of furniture used at workplaces, in workshops and offices, cafeterias, dressing and locker rooms produced by the furniture industry. Some of the products could be included w/o major adjustments, others were not up to our standards and many objects we were looking for were not able to be produced. In cooperation with the industry and craft new models were developed to meet our requirements. Publication No. 2 of the series "Schönheit der Arbeit." Profusely illustrated with b/w photographs and drawings of 158 furniture models in 262 images. Text in German. Binding rubbed and smudged with some wear along edges, corners bumped, small chips and tears. Endpapers foxed. Occasionally color applied to artwork reproductions in background of photographs to erase Nazi imagery, minor markings and starting at pages 33 and 65.
