Original photo-illustrated fold housed in black, textured paper-covered box; publisher's colored label with white lettering on cover. 25 b/w exquisite b/w photographs of Schneiders African friends and tutors as well as housing and artifacts from the Mambila, Fulani, and Kom tribes printed on heavy stock paper. The fold contains b/w thumbnail reproductions of each photograph with brief descriptive captions. The box container with light wear along edges, one small chip, light staining and abrasion, one tear at the bottom and tears at all corners of top lid. Some age-toning of inside surfaces of box and faint age-toning of fold. Box in overall good-, fold in very good, plates in near fine condition. g to near fine. Item #36008
