Part of the series "Neue Werkkunst" published between 1925 and 1932. Profile of sculptoror's work in 32 captivating sepia-toned gravure. In the 1920ies Hamburg, Kuöhl's work was in great demand. He was one of the most productive architects concerned with "architectural sculpture" and a member of the Hamburg Sezession. The annual exhibition of the Hamburg Sezession in early 1933 was the first art exhibition the Nazis closed down in 1933. Text in German. Cover with few small spots, mostly on back cover.
