Quarto. Each issue resting in original printed wraps with folding flaps. Profusely illustrated supplements, which were laid into the Süddeutsche Zeitung annually on every 46th week from 1990 - 1999, and continued in 2007. Our issues are five of the first nine, running consecutively. The remaining issues (all out of print) featured works by Richard Prince (1996), Christian Boltanski (1997), Matthew Barney (1998), and Alex Katz (1999). Each supplement illustrated with color and b/w reproductions of photographs as well as advertisements. Text in German. Rare set of five issues with three signed by Francesco Clemente, Jeff Koons, and Jenny Holzer. Originally supplements were not signed by the artists. Scarce.
