Fascinating work being a souvenir of the Berlin olympic games of 1936, profusely illustrated with 15 original photos of Berlin and some of the Olympic infrastructures and a photomontage of 6 different scenic views of landscapes and cities across Germany. All photographs are printed on heavy stock Agfa-Brovira photo paper. This copy is lacking the original swastika on front board, and Hitler's photo portrait. Minor age-toning and soiling on binding. Lower front corner rubbed. Tiny pen inscription at bottom of free front endpaper. Blind stamp of previous owner on fly leaf and at rear of last page.
