Pg. 1 is a reproduction of a photograph of Mary Pickford in sepia-tone annotated, "Mary Pickford Godmother of the 143d Field Artillery". Various military personel and motion picture studios contribute articles to support the U.S. troops. Various advertisements by producers for up and coming movies. Illustrated with reproductions of photographs, drawings and movie posters in sepia-tone. Wraps detached from book block. Outer edges of inside of wraps crudely repaired with clear tape.
