In an interview on the occasion of the 25th Anniversary Exhibition of all ART/LIFE issues at the Museum of Ventura County Joe Cordella explained: "Every cover of every issue for 25 years said, “Communication for the Creative Mind.” For all the artists, it was a conceptual exchange of all their ideas and their work. That was the intention from the beginning: to enable artists to express themselves and to exchange their ideas with other creative people." The Art Magazine is comprised of extraordinary original art submitted to the publisher for assemblage in magazine issues and then distributed.
