Illustrated with b/w diagrams/drawings, five of them fold-out plans and maps, 2 in color. Signature in facsimile of Forrest on last page. Age wear, staining and scuffing on binding. One-inch frayed puncture on lower third of spine. Front- and rear endpapers reinforced with black binders tape along gutter. Hinges starting. Small part of bottom corner of free front endpaper and small chip on fore-edge of frontispiece missing. Closed tear on fore-edge of free rear endpaper, edges of that page somewhat brittle.
