Also includes the work of Eliel Saarinen, Edward Pearce Casey & Arthur Dillon, A.P. Smits & H. Fels, Johannes Zimmerman, Guiseppe Mancini, et al. There are short bios on the featured architects and a "History of the Carnegie Foundation," "Conditions of the Competition" and "Report of the Judges." Binding has general wear and ties missing from cover. Cover wrapper of Part 1 is detached but present. Plates 1 and 3 have small closed tears in margin, otherwise very good.
