4to. Unpaginated (80pp). Quarter leather over decorative light gray cloth protected by modern mylar. Excerpt (printed in red) from a speech by Adolf Hitler preceding title-page, as issued. Typical Third Reich publication on the Spinnerei (spinning/weaving company) in Kulmbach. Profusely illustrated with b/w reproductions of photographs of the company grounds, different departments, president, employee's at work and play, etc. Photographs by Hans Conrad, Wilhelm Meyer, Georg Fischer, Paul Damm, Dore Bartsch and Nva Photographie. One photograph shows a bust of Hitler in the company's dining room (small closed tear on bottom edge of that page, not affecting image). Printed on high quality glossy paper. Few drawings by Hanns Langenberg. Fold-out by the Kulmbacher Spinnerei with information on book laid-in. Text in German, gothic script. Head and tail of spine slightly chipped, otherwise a tight copy with binding in near fine, interior in fine condition. Scarce in this exceptional condition.
