Minor age wear to binding. Expertly reinforced with gray binders tape along gutter at front- and rear endpapers. Circular half-inch piece in center of title-page missing due to cigar burn. Some waterstaining to edges, heavy water staining on several pages. Repairs to verso of one foldout map. Overall in good condition.
