Pages unopened (folded, untrimmed fore-edge), as issued. "This book consists of seven special Numbers of the Art Magazine Wendingen." Includes articles by famous European architects and American writers such as Lewis Mumford, J.J.P. Oud, Rob. Mallet-Stevens, Erich Mendelson, H.P. Berlage, Louis H. Sullivan and Frank Lloyd Wright himself. This book "was the first major publication of Wright's work after the 1910–11 German volumes. It includes illustrations of work done between 1902 and 1923. The cloth binding for this volume was designed by Wright." Profusely illustrated with reproductions of b/w photographs, drawings and plans. Introduction by H. Th. Wijdeveld. Minor age wear. Closed 1" tear to left bottom corner of binding. Tight copy in very good condition.
