Some creasing and minor staining to folder. Booklet is in stapled green wraps. Bottom corner of back cover creased, otherwise fine. Includes 2 letters & a leather sample of the binding in a small glassine sleeve. 1) News Release to the Brand Library Art Center in Glendale, CA, dated January 1976. 2) Signed letter by the publisher Steven J.
