Each plate showing monkeys in anthropomorphized settings, like reading a newspaper, appearing in court, drinking wine, etc. Some foxing to covers and images, not badly affected. Ex-libris, L.H. Dorrenboom. Cover lightly worn at edges. Overall, in good condition. Scarce in original parts.
